Honker’s Ale: $5
Inspired by visits to English country pubs, Honker’s Ale combines a spicy hop aroma with a rich malt middle to create a perfectly balanced ale that is immensely drinkable. A smooth, drinkable English Bitter for those looking for more flavor from their beer.
Matilda - Goose Island Reserve: $6
While traveling in Belgium, we visited an abbey that was surrounded by great legends and folklore. We were lucky enough to hear their story and enjoy the great beer they brew. We wanted to share what we’d heard and tasted, so we created Matilda. Matilda is made with a rare Belgian yeast that produces a fruity and spicy flavor. There is complex maltiness balanced with a profuse amount of hops. This Goose Island Reserve beer is brewed in small batches and is recognized as a world-class beer.
